How to File
a Report

Reports can be made in a variety of ways, such as online on the homepage, by mobile text message, and by mail.
For real name or anonymous reporting, please use the online reporting form.
When reporting via text message, the processed results cannot be confirmed. If you want to check the processed results, please use the online report.

Confidentiality of the real name informant will be absolutely guaranteed at the stake of honor, and it will be delivered directly to the head of our Ethics Management Team without disclosure to a third party.
We do not accept any slander related to an individual's private life.
We do not collect or store any identifying information about informants reporting through text messages.

Completion of Filing a Report and Confirmation of Results

You can check whether the report has been received normally through the information on the receipt number provided at the time of registration.
The processed result reply will be sent to the registered e-mail only if the informant in real name wants the reply, and the progress of the report and the processed results can be checked with the receipt number issued at the time of reporting both anonymously and real name, and with the registered password.
If your contact information is false when submitting your real name, it will be considered anonymous.
If one month has elapsed after completing the processed result answer, the contents of the report and processed results cannot be checked to protect personal information.
